Steel processing factory

With 2 NC automatic cutting machines, Yangzhou Nakanishi Shipbuilding can cut up to steel sheets up to 20m × 5m and can also process steel materials of up to 600 tons per month after marking. In addition, Yangzhou Nakanishi Shipbuilding also performs steel bending with 1000-ton press and 350-ton press and bent iron.

Blasting & painting booth

The shot blast booth can process up to 20m x 20m x 15m blocks. A block of approximately 100 tons can be completed in 24 hours of the shot process, and two blocks can be processed simultaneously. The painting booth can paint blocks up to 20m x 20m x 15m. There is a base booth and a top coat booth. The 100-ton block is painted twice on the base for two days, and the top coat is also painted twice for two days.

Block assembly platform

Blocks are assembled with 70-ton and 100-ton cranes with an inner width of 46 m. At 120m x 20m and 180m x 20m for block processing, it is possible to assemble up to 13 to 14 blocks of up to 80 to 90 tons.
